Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused or gently tested items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
